1. The service
Mind Fuse Inc ("we") operates GrowthFuse, software to discover public buyer-intent conversations, analyze them with AI, and draft replies. It is a research-and-insights tool. You are responsible for how you use the outputs, including anything you post or send.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and organization.
3. Acceptable use
Your use is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In short: be helpful, not spammy; follow each platform's rules; no harassment, impersonation, or automated bulk unsolicited messaging.
4. AI outputs
AI-generated drafts and scores may be wrong. They are suggestions, not advice. You must review them before acting. We make no warranty as to accuracy.
5. Billing
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage caps apply per plan.
6. Data
Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. You instruct us to process public social data on your behalf and represent that your use complies with applicable law and platform terms.
7. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create legal/operational risk.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
