Who we are

Mind Fuse Inc ("we") operates GrowthFuse, a SaaS that helps customers discover public buyer-intent conversations and draft replies. This policy explains what personal data we process and your rights.

Data we process about our customers

  • Account data: name, email, hashed password, organization.
  • Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store plan and customer identifiers, not card numbers.
  • Usage data: product configuration, sources, and aggregate usage counters.

Public social data we process on our customers' behalf (GDPR Art. 14 notice)

To provide the service, we process personal data not collected directly from the data subject — namely, publicly available posts and comments from platforms such as Reddit and X, including the author's public handle, the public text, and the public URL. We obtain this via licensed third-party data providers and official platform APIs. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in providing a B2B research-and-outreach tool; a legitimate-interest assessment is on file.

  • Data minimization: we store only public fields needed for analysis (handle, text, URL, timestamps). We do not collect special-category or sensitive data.
  • Retention: ingested public content is automatically deleted after 90 days unless saved as a lead by the customer.
  • Deletion on request: a data subject may request removal of their data at [email protected]; we process verified deletion requests promptly.

  • Access, correction, deletion, and portability of your personal data.
  • Object to or restrict processing based on legitimate interest.
  • California residents: the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of "sale"/"sharing." We honor Global Privacy Control signals. See our "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control or email us.

Sub-processors

We rely on: DigitalOcean (hosting), Stripe (billing), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing), Reddit / twitterapi.io / Apify (data access), SendGrid (email). A current list is available on request.

AI-generated content

Drafts and analyses are generated by AI, may be inaccurate, and are suggestions only. Customers are responsible for what they publish.
