Billing, cancellation and refunds

What you are charged

GrowthFuse is a monthly subscription, billed in US dollars through Stripe. It is priced per product: $79 for 1 product, $149 for 2 products, $229 for 3 products, $309 for 4 products, $389 for 5 products a month. Six or more products are priced by arrangement — write to [email protected]. Prices shown before checkout do not include any tax that applies where you are.

• Seats. Every product includes one seat. Extra seats are $49 a month each.
• Your team's calls. Each seat includes 1,000 minutes a month of calls to the US and Canada, made by your team from the browser.
• AI dialer minutes (optional). Calls the AI makes for you are a separate add-on: $100 a month for 250 minutes, $250 a month for 700 minutes, $500 a month for 1,600 minutes. AI minutes used past your bundle are billed at $0.55 a minute on your next monthly invoice.
• No free trial. You pay at checkout. Until then a workspace is read-only.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically every month, on the same day you first subscribed, and your card is charged each time — until you cancel. Every charge appears on an invoice you can open from Settings → Plan → Manage billing.

How to cancel

Cancel online, any time, with no email or call needed: in the app go to Settings → Plan → Manage billing and choose Cancel plan. Only the workspace owner can do this. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep full access until the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. After that the workspace becomes read-only, and you can subscribe again whenever you like.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law, as our Terms state. If you think you were charged in error or twice, email [email protected] with the invoice number and we will look into it.

If a payment fails

Stripe retries a failed payment automatically for several days, and your plan stays active while it does. You can update your card any time under Manage billing. If the payment still cannot be collected, the subscription ends and the workspace becomes read-only.
