The Assistant opens on where your project stands this week, then takes requests. Ask it to find companies, fill your dial queue from a pasted sheet, move a deal, set a callback or draft the week's report. Changes come back as a card you confirm with one tap.

- Cards you confirm
- Every chat kept in History
Your buyers are asking strangers for a recommendation.
Those threads are public. GrowthFuse watches the subreddits, X searches and LinkedIn feeds your buyers use, reads every post and grades it 0 to 100 against your buyer profile. The noise is filtered out before you ever see it.
- 18 watched places per product
- Up to 3 scans a day, whenever you run them
- Reddit, X and LinkedIn included
Why it scored 92
It learns from every lead you skip.
Set a lead aside and GrowthFuse reads why. It suggests exclusions and sharper buying signals, shows what the next scan will do differently, and changes nothing in your targeting until you approve it.
- Learns from dismissed leads
- Suggests exclusions
- Nothing changes without your OK
Replies that sound like you. Sent by you.
Every qualified lead arrives with the reason it scored and a drafted reply that leads with help, not a pitch. Communities can smell a sales bot three comments away, so nothing posts on its own: you approve every send, and the Chrome extension carries the draft onto the thread so one click posts it from your own account.

Lead tools are way too pricey. Any alternatives that don't spam people?
Paying for three tools and still cold emailing strangers. There has to be a better way to find people who actually want this.
“We hit this exact wall last year. Honestly, most of the tools are overkill. What worked for us was watching the three subreddits our buyers actually use and answering fast. Happy to share the checklist if useful.”
Not every buyer is on Reddit. Build the list, or bring yours.
Give GrowthFuse a job title and a city. It finds the businesses, their phone numbers and the people inside, scores each one against your ideal customer, and lands the keepers in your CRM for the dialer. Already have a list? Upload a CSV or XLSX. No social account needed.
- Title + city → companies
- Decision-makers found
- CSV or XLSX import
It doesn't stop at the lead. It picks up the phone.
Upload your contacts, or send over the list you just built, and the AI dialer works it: it calls, handles the objection, books the meeting and texts the booking link. The transcript is waiting for you when it hangs up.
- Books the meeting, texts the link
- Transcript on every call
Your team dials from the same screen.
Some calls should be yours. Reps work the same queue in the browser: the next lead with its talking points, notes from the last call, one tap to set a callback, then on to the next. When someone rings your GrowthFuse number back, the call lands in Inbound with a callback task.
- 1,000 US/CA minutes a month per seat, included
- Callbacks in one tap
- Call-backs logged in Inbound
Talking points
- Hiring front desk at two of three locations
- Price came up last time: lead with what they pay now
Rehearse the call before you dial it.
Open a company or contact and tap Rehearse. You talk out loud with an AI playing the person you're about to call: a new voice, name and mood each time, the objections your real calls keep hitting, and sometimes a front desk you have to get past. Then a coach shows where the call stopped and what to change.
- Spoken, not typed
- A coach after every call
- Uses AI dialer minutes
From your coach
You got through to Dana, then did most of the talking. Ask her how new patients find them before you pitch.
Write what your market is already asking.
The questions your buyers keep asking are already sitting in your feed. The content studio groups them into themes, ranks them with every scan, and turns each one into posts in your voice. Every draft carries the real quotes that inspired it.
- 20 content sets a month per product
- Themes from real buyer language

Before they search, your buyers ask ChatGPT, Google’s AI and Perplexity for a recommendation. GrowthFuse asks those same questions three times a week, shows you who gets named instead and which pages AI quotes, then drafts the article that gets you into the answer. You check every fact before it goes live on your own blog.

Follow up from your own inbox. Read the week in one page.
Connect your Outlook or Microsoft 365 mailbox and send from any contact's page. GrowthFuse shows what needs a reply, what hasn't gone out and what has. Every week the AI writes up your calls, and every company gets a page of its own, with fields you define and a deals board behind it.

Questions before the climb
What counts as a “qualified lead”?
A public post or comment our AI scores against your ideal customer profile and buying-intent bar. A keyword match alone won't do it. You set the threshold per project, and only posts that clear it count toward your monthly leads.
Is this against the platforms' rules?
GrowthFuse is built to keep you inside them — on Reddit, X, and LinkedIn alike. We read public posts through licensed data access, and nothing gets auto-posted. You review every draft and post it yourself, from your own account.
Who does the posting and calling?
You post replies in one click via the Chrome extension. It's always your account and always your call. The AI dialer calls the contacts you upload, from a dedicated number set up for you in the app, and keeps the transcript for you.
What if my buyers aren't on social media?
Build a list from a job title and a city, or upload the CSV or XLSX you already have. GrowthFuse fills in the website, phone number and who to ask for, and the dialer can work the list.
Does GrowthFuse help me show up in ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers?
Yes, with the AI SEO add-on. It asks your buyers’ questions of Google AI, ChatGPT and Perplexity (Gemini and Claude optional) three times a week, shows who gets named instead and which pages AI quotes, and drafts articles you fact-check before they publish on your own blog. Every plan includes one free check of 5 questions, and anyone can scan their site with our free AI check.
Do I need to connect my phone system?
No. The dialer gets a dedicated number of its own and runs in your browser, so there is nothing to port and nothing to install. It does not plug into RingCentral, Zoom Phone, Dialpad or Aircall, and it does not need to.
Can my team make calls themselves?
Yes. Every seat includes 1,000 US/CA minutes a month for your team's own calls from the browser. Reps work the same queue as the AI dialer, with talking points, notes from the last call and one-tap callbacks, and calls back to your GrowthFuse number land in Inbound with a callback task.
Which email accounts can I connect?
Outlook and Microsoft 365 mailboxes. You send from each contact's page in GrowthFuse, and replies come back in, sorted into what needs a reply, what hasn't gone out and what has. Gmail can't be connected.
What happens when my call minutes run out?
Calls your own team makes from the browser are covered by the seat: 1,000 US/CA minutes a month each. AI dialer minutes are separate, an optional add-on rather than part of the base price:$100 for 250 minutes a month, $250 for 700, or $500 for 1600. Go over your bundle and the extra minutes bill at $0.55/min — no surprise tiers, no quiet cap.
Is there a free trial?
No. GrowthFuse is one plan priced per product, from $79 a month, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime from Settings.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It's self-serve in Settings, and you don't have to email anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

All posts →Why auto-reply bots get you banned (and what to do instead)
Automated reply tools get accounts shadowbanned and comments removed because platforms detect posting patterns, not post quality. Here is what triggers it and the draft-only workflow that avoids it.

Most teams run social listening, calling, and pipeline as three separate products. We priced the alternatives in June 2026 and mapped where the handoffs lose the thread that started the deal.
