Mind Fuse Inc ("we") built GrowthFuse for helpful, human-led engagement. These rules protect you, the people you reach, and the platforms.
You agree to
- Lead with value. Replies should genuinely help the person before any mention of your product.
- Post from your own account, as yourself. GrowthFuse drafts; you review and post.
- Follow each platform's rules (Reddit, X, etc.) and any subreddit/community rules.
- Comply with anti-spam law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy) for any outbound email or DM, including opt-out and identification requirements.
- Honor deletion and opt-out requests from people you contact.
You must not
- Send bulk, automated, or unsolicited spam, or evade platform rate limits.
- Impersonate others, post deceptive content, or fabricate testimonials, numbers, or claims.
- Harass, threaten, or target protected groups.
- Use the service for prohibited industries or illegal purposes.
- Attempt to use GrowthFuse to scrape platforms in violation of their terms.
How we collect signal
GrowthFuse monitors public Reddit, X, and LinkedIn content using automated tooling that runs on our own infrastructure — never through your personal account or credentials. This is for monitoring only: matching posts to your buying signals. Drafts are never auto-posted; every reply goes out only after you review and send it from your own account.
Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create legal or reputational risk. We err on the side of protecting the people being contacted.
